Families must submit an electronic copy of one of the following current documents to verify the child's low-income status. The document must include the child's name and eligibility dates.  The eligibility or issued date on the submitted document must fall within 1) the last 12 months, or 2) have a future expiration date that aligns with the benefit (SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, etc.) period.
